Founded by Roger Conrad in 1988, Roger Conrad's Utility Forecaster focuses on electric, water, natural gas and telecommunication utilities. Conrad uses fundamental analysis. He keeps readers abreast of, and analyses macroeconomic conditions and utility industry regulatory developments. Roger has a proprietary rating system, designed to measure the safety of each utility’s dividend. In addition to model portfolios, the newsletter publishes a table that gives ratings to approximately 200 utility stocks.
